The psychological dimention of frailty in depression

Depression is the main cause of invalidity worldwide. Yet, only 50% of depressive disorders turns into persistent depression. Therefore, the investigation of frailty in depression is required. This study focuses on susceptibility of depression, the psychological dimension of frailty, although frailty is a dynamic state of loss due to illness, in as well physical, psychological and social domains. In line with this, more sustainable (psycho)therapy can be developed for affective disorders.
